Leadership & Administrative Involvement; Management/Board member of the Economic Policy Research Association (EPRA), Executive Chairman, and CEO of PAX Africana for Comprehensive Security & Sustainability, and NGO (2020). This NGO facilitates research and is in the process of creating a Research Institution that will be associated with Citizens Trust, Project Consortium Africana and funding for postgraduate research to increase the standard of applied, experiential and experimental research in Namibia and Africa. One of the contributors to the latter is that tertiary institutions focus mainly on research for teaching purposes and a limited compliance with research on the highest level. Another contributor is that research at tertiary institutions is not industry-driven and also not necessarily industry implementable. Board member of the Ongenga Technical College founded by an Ex-Student of NUST, Mr Elia Haufiku.
